Certification in the Leadership Circle

Our alliance partners at the Full Circle Group offer a three-day certification in their assessment tool, the Leadership Circle, which we use in our coaching programs. This tool, created by Mobius Senior Expert Bob Anderson, enables executives to examine their everyday behavioral repertoires. They are taught to identify which parts of their everyday behavioral repertoire are creative, productive and helpful, as well as which parts are reactive and unproductive. In this way, the tool will help shape a focused developmental path for coaching engagement. We encourage everyone to join our certification or sign up for the track available at our yearly event.
