Another cornerstone of our work is Ron Heifetz’s model of Adaptive Leadership, as iterated by Mobius Senior Expert Zander Grashow. Zander regularly runs open enrollment sessions entitled, “The Evolution Series,” and past sessions can be found here on the portal. We encourage you to plan to attend one live series as early in your tenure as possible and even sooner if you are a member of the top team practice.
