When spirituality dies into life, when it is no longer a practice, but something that you have become, that is true spirituality.

In the end just living this life, this beautiful simple life is the goal.

The spiritual impulse in many ways is the last desire, and it leads us to a refinement and profound emptying, so much so, that we can eventually let go of spirituality as a concept, idea or practice and find that it has become our very life.

We sit in the Café, and there is lovely peaceful silence, we have a dinner with friends and the interpersonal flow is naturally filled with love, we talk to a friend in need and the wisdom of light shines forth effortlessly.

We simply die into naturalness.
