If you are joining Mobius as a coach or facilitator, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with our proprietary leadership model, Winning from Within®, created and pioneered by our Chief Thought Leader Erica Ariel Fox.

In this WFW Introduction section, you can find foundational videos to acquaint yourself with the development model, as well as its intellectual and psychological underpinnings. You can also locate extensive materials on Winning from Within® in the Personal Mastery section of the library, accessible via this portal’s homepage.

If you are invited to be a WFW facilitator, we encourage you to sign up in your first year to watch the Faculty track of videos capturing earlier trainer sessions that share the core model. After that, you can arrange to attend a three–day “Winning from Within®: Train the Trainer” course to learn and practice teaching the modules.
